Every product is inspected before shipping. If your item arrives defective, dead on arrival, or stops working due to a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it or refund you.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects.
• Items dead on arrival.
• Missing parts or accessories from a sealed package.

What Is Not Covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
• Damage from using an incorrect power adapter or voltage.

How to Claim

Email contact@clevergearco.com with your order number and a short description or photo/video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for valid claims.
